Return & Refund Policy 

Ship unused item in the original packaging back to Estetique International LLC within 15 days of delivery for Store Credit or an Exchange only available for damaged or incorrect orders. Estetique International LLC accepts unused, or defective full priced merchandise for up to 15 days after purchase date. Shipping charges are not the responsibility of Estetique International LLC and are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping cost upon return.

Please note there are NO REFUNDS unless Estetique International LLC is notified within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if there is an issue, malfunction, damage to the product. Once discussed with Estetique International LLC, product will then be shipped back to our location within 5 days of notification for evaluation before exchange or refund is given.
